[Resolved]  Goibibo.com — Refund of Rs.8493/- not yet confirmed

i booked spicejet flight from surat (departure 17:00 hrs) to new delhi through goibibo on 23/06/2014 for the travel dt.24/06/2014 & paid Rs.8493/- through HDFC Visa Credit Card. soon i got msg on my mob no-[protected] that Rs. 8493/- had been deducted. further PNR GOFLDb64e [protected] was alloted. thenafter i got msg on 25/06/2014 that my ticket was not confirmed due to technical computer processing error, so txn was unsuccessful. and also that refund would be credited to my HDFC Visa Credit Card A/c after 10 working days. sir, i regret to say that till today, i did not get confirmation from GOIBIBO about any credit made from their side or not. please intimate me soon so i can claim from HDFC BANK authority.
