Goibibo.com — Rescheduling my flight

I have booked flight ticket through go ibibo, i want to reschedule the ticket, but very fed up to ocntact the customer service, They have given 2 no's for contact.. One is not in use other toll free no is not getting and luckily if some one picks up the call. They cant able to make any online services regarding ticket issue. They telling resons of proxy error, it gateway down, please contact tomorrow like gicing lame execuses. I have paid 23500/- and i have to reschedule my flight asap for doha. But nothing is working out. I need to take this issue to next level, please help me out on this issue. Regards Srikanth b
