Goibibo.com — Status- REFUNDED... Money- not credited into my bank account | |||
I have made a booking for Hotel tap gold crest Bangalore on 12th may 2015 using Goibibo mobile app. Money is debited from my bank account and hotel room is not booked. I have got a mail from goibibo saying that "your hotel booking is confirmed. No need to call us to reconfirm this booking. Your E-Voucher is attached along with this email " the E-voucher shows that the booking not confirmed. I have sent a feedback regarding this issue to helpdesk and received a mail saying your request is being processed and you will receive a refund of INR 1034 to your account and you can check the refund status under My bookings option. But here comes the main problem the status is showing that REFUNDED but so far the money has not been credited into my account. I have tried calling the customer support executive but it was a IVR. So please guys process my request as soon as possible and I want to speak to the customer care executive please call me back. Was this information helpful? | |||
