Booked ticket PNRNo CDIU4R Tickets booked for flight journey from Bangalore to Bombay and return for 25th December on Spice Jet Airlines. The flight was cancelled. So we had to cancel the booking. The Travel agent promised refund within 5 to 7 business days but no refund even till now. However now there is no proper response from Goibibo. Please refer to the attached photo proof. No response after raising complaint tickets at travel desk or help desk
