Goibibo.com — Transaction failed but money debited and not refunded yet | |||
I was booking flight ticket on 18th April, 2015 from Delhi to Patna for my friend. After doing the payment procedure through Net banking, The transaction was failed on the Goibibo site. But the amount of Rs 10, 940 was debited from my account and has not been refunded yet. Moreover there is nobody to listen to my issue on Goibibo. Used phone number for booking was [protected].
