[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Worst Customer Service Ever | |||
After making the payment for an international flight, I got a mail that payment has been done and e-ticket will be set within the next 90 mins. 1. Did not get the e-ticket for the next 15 hours 2. Here comes the highlight. When I called the customer care the next day, the representative was such a ill tempered and ill mannered guy that he lost patience within 3 minutes of our my call. Although clearly remember entering all my details while booking, he was making vague assumptions that I have not entered the passport details or I have entered the wrong mobile number. He even made a false statement that payment has been done 3 times which scared the hell out of me. Finally when he was not able to figure anything out, he started shouting that we don't have enough time to clear your doubts, just tell me what I am asking you, do you even know which mobile number you have entered etc. etc. I was like " Dude, are you even aware that being a customer care representative what is your job. " I gave my details on the phone and was told that I will receive the e-ticket within half an hour. I would love to get the details of the representative who attended my call and would be eager to make a personalized complaint against him for the way he treated customer. So, finally I would suggest everyone to invest few bucks more but don't use goibibo unless you want to face nightmares as a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
