[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Worst Experience with Goibibo- Refund not received even after 2 months | |||
I had booked a flight ticket with Goibibo.com in the month of December 2014 (Booking ID- NSGNBG6JN). Bad Experience : There was "Technical error" when I tried rescheduling my flight which I wanted to due to some reason. Worse Experience : When I called Goibibo.com customer service, they misguided me by asking to "Cancel the ticked and book new". The customer service agent assured me that I will get the refund in "5-6 working days" and hence I cancelled the ticked and booked new. Its been more than 2 months that I am awaiting the refund of cancelled ticket. Worst Experience : The story doesn't end here, when I sent e-mails of refund to them, they denied the refund saying that "We found that you have flown in this sector". I have all records (E-mail confirmations, cancellation invoice etc.) to prove that they had booked and acknowledged my cancellation request, still I am not understanding how can I get the boarding confirmation. Horrible Experience: When I tried calling their customer service to understand the situation, there is no option to speak to the agent about this, IVR message appears that "Your number does not show any upcoming bookings" and the call is disconnected.
