[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Worst Service by GOIBIBO | |||
Hello, Recently i have booked tickets from a particular source and to destination. When the day came driver called me and informed that the bus is on the way. so we are waiting at the pickup point. Finally after 40 mins i called driver and got to know that bus was already left the place. Got an update from driver that Source is from guntur district and is not from krishna district. Reached nearly 25-30 times to goibibo team for any update on refund as i was not availed the transport. At the same time i had booked 3 tickets from same morning star travels dealer directly when i was on road with my family.Wanted to escalate on this on higher level. Dont know how many people were suffering with this kind of service. Was this information helpful? | |||
