[Resolved] Gojavas — 15 Packets not Returned Back | |||
We are Online Sellers with almost all E-commerce Companies. On 23rd June, we had 15 Packets of Snapdeal(Oneship), and 1 Packet of AskMe Bazaar Through Gojavas. A Courier Guy named Sonu, called on our number, and we clearly told him to pick his 1 Packet from our office. We 3-4 times repeated that he had to juust take one packet from the staff team. In stead of that, he went to the office and office staff asked him from which Courier company he belonged to. He told that he was from Snapdeal, and took the 15 Packets, which never even had the Name of GoJavas written on it. The Office staff handed him the Manifest, and even then, he did not tell that he is signing a wrong manifest. We have been tracking our Packets back, and it has been a month now, but no RTO has been done, and the Courier team is giving such ruthless response that they don't know where the Packets are. First thing, how can a company like GoJavas have such uneducated and illiterate COurier persons that he could not even read whether it is a Snapdeal Manifest or GoJavas. Secondly, if he could read and write, what kind of thieves you have kept, that they take the packets and then Vanish. Since then, he is not even taking the call, and on regular calling, his mates tell that he is not available etc. Secondly, even if the person took the packets, are they not supposed to be returned back to the Vendor, after seeing that they cannot be, or are not supposed to be delivered by Gojavas. Generally, RTOs are made within a week. This is the first time, that RTO has not been done over a month's time. I want the GoJavas team to handle the issue and get me my packets back, else I'll have to take the concern to a higher level. Was this information helpful? | |||
