[Resolved] Gojavas Courier — UNISNPP6226228 delayed and not delivered.

Snapdeal services and promises sucks so the Gojavas. Placed an order and they have given UNISNPP6226228 tracking number. It was supposed to deliver by 20th Sep and even before due to Gold members but delayed from 6 days and now, I don't have any updated. Gojavas site tracking details are blank and its customer care number is fake. I have no idea what is going on and feeling helpless. tried contacting Snapdeal but no information. I can cancel the order but unnecessarily became fool waiting for 10days. They are playing with customers sentiment and their should be some hold or stop on the same. Can someone please help me to get this delivery and their should be some penalty on Snapdeal and Gojavas.
