[Resolved] Gojavas — Order not received | |||
Hi All, My order Docket No. UNISNPP1060113 from Snapdeal was due to be delivered on address 117/1 Krishna Nagar Shimla before 19th march 2015 reached your office on 13th march but I didn't receive any order till 27th march. On 28th march when I saw on Snapdeal about it. I saw the message "Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- CID - ADDRESS NOT FOUND" and returned back. Could i get the reason why this address was not found as this is very much correct address. Also no one bother to call on the number provided along with the address details. About your delivery
I ordered a smartphone from snapdeal on 6may ...the actual date of arrival is 11th may ...but still now, I didn't receive that item.two or more time I contact to the customer care. But I didn't get a satisfied reply.
