[Resolved]  Gojavas — Shut down your Service

Hello Sir, I would not hesitate to say that GO JAVAS is the worst courier service. I sent a reverse pickup courier to the Wearyourshine (P C Jewellers) Karol Bagh New Delhi with Doc No. P100001. Your person came to my doorstep to pick the item on 25/03/2015 and gave receipt for the same. (also received a SMS "Hi! PC Jeweller Order ending with 01422 has been picked up by GoJaVAS") When I enquired with local GO JAVAS they say item has been delivered to the Wearyourshine PC Jewellers. (PC Jeweller Order No. is[protected]. When I call your national helpline number you say this tracking number doesn't exist. I also received call from the PC Jewellers that they have not received the item. Due to your this negligence I have not received money from PC Jewellers. I have called you several times but you don't know what to do. I am warning you last time reply to me with delivery information or I will be forced to follow legal route due to repeated negligence and insult by GO JAVAS.
