Yes, we also went through same problem. From morning 11 they kept telling they will approve in 30 minutes, but even after reminding every 1 hour, they only approve it at 8:30 in the night. Before that many people had to call them up and remind them to do it today only and not to postpone it to tomorrow for no reason. There service is worst and they behave like as if they are doing favor.

Good Health Plan Limited (Ghpl) — No response on claim status above 3 months
Ghpl is worst TPA who never process our claim and just says under process every time we call. They never value customers. Very bad service. Irda should think about this type of froud companies. Me too suffering from the same issue and GHPL team is totally irresponsible.
