ClaimID :609180 Name: Anamica Mahavir Jain I submitted a claim of 28, 000 and they just refunded me 11768 saying that they have cut the rest amount based on the limit. The limit was on the room type and not for other medical procedures. These people are fraud and portrayed a really unprofessional behavior. This is a corporate insurance from Vodafone and I am not only filling complaint against them in IRDA but will also ensure that Vodafone discontinue their service. Very poor service. There is no positive response from customer care. I have submitted all related documents for claim, but I haven't received any reply. It is more than 15days. I will approach consumer court if the issue doesn't get resolved.
