i am manish kumar singh, inform to you fo my issue of new name entry in voter list.

sir i am more time try to my name entry in voter list with my BLO,but they are always ignore,and don't receive my name entry application form by BLO.
i am already 23 year old, sir please help me for my name intry in voter list.
