It is request your kind information please and take necessary action. I was retired on 31 Jan 2008 after complete 24 years on Hav ranks and I also Category "C" Permanent due to "SEVERAL DRY EYES". I was disability pension drawn under Corrg PPO NO DE/CORR/021197/2010 dated on 24/Jun/2010. as Rs. 886.00. But as per PCDA Circular 429 and MOD Letter No 10(01)/D(Pen/Pol)/2009/Vol-II Govt of India dated 19th Jan 2010 revision of disability pension as 50% Rs.1750.00. I herewith request you kindly intimate my disability pension amount now paying through PDA.

It s informing you that I No 14557988w Ex Hav Anselm Michael Fernandes retied on 31/07/1999. i was geting my disability pension up to 2005. and it stop due to R.S.M.B and also there no communication between me an records due lack home address. please inform me that when i scheduled my next R S M B in nearest hospital and restart my disability.
