[Resolved]  Employee Provident Fund Organisation — NON RECEIPT OF EPS

I have submitted my EPS withdrawal form in DEC 2011 but till date i have not received my EPS, my EPS no is MH/18796/163761 and my claim id is MHBAN[protected],I tried to contact them through telephone but no one is picking phone and also I have done six to seven mail's for the same but no one is responding,I am attaching mail for your refernce.

Please help me for the same because this is almost one year old.

My self Aishwarya vikram singh,my EPS No is MH/18796/163761 and my claim id is MHBAN[protected] which is showing rejected on epf site but still i have not received the rejection letter,kindly share the dispatch details showthat i can inquire about the same send it back to you.
Please help for the same because i have submitted withdrawal request before 1year and till date neither i have received credit nor rejection letter.
