[Resolved]  HelpsignUIDAI.gov.in - Aadhar Card Not Yet Received — Aadhar card not yet received even after 1 year of enrollment

My family members enrolled for aadhar card on30/08/2011, in chunabhatti mumbai and it had being received. then i Nikita dombale daughter of them enrolled for adhar card on 12/10/2011 in chunabhatti mumbai till now it had being not received or sended adhar card yet. 1 and half year passed then also i not received adhar card.
The details of mine are as follows, Please check and do the needful.

I do not know the reason for this.i had checked the adhar card status but feedback is that your information or enrollment number is not there .but we had acknowledgement copy.

I along with my family members enrolled at Bangalore having location Id 181118 Bhavani R Enrollment operator. Now on verification it is noted that agency has not up loaded properly and asked me to inform to upload again properly.I do not have their contact No.Is it possible for UIDAI to advice the agency to do this job.Details of enrollment are as follows.
