Provident Fund EPF Monthly Pension — NON - PAYMENT OF MONTHLY PENSION

Dear Sir,

I have submitted Life & Non ReMarriage certificate twice at Bhavishya.Nidhi Office Kandivali ( W ) Branch first one on date.23.11.2012 and second one on 05.03.2013,but till date they have not resumed my monthly pension till date.They have stopped paying after January 2013 onwards.
I request you to kindly take up this matter strongly with authorities and instruct them to resume my payment immediately.
