I have complaint for my scholarship on 27 august 2013 , and i recieve a call from a staff of your forum ,he asked all my detail and also asked for the atm pin for the verification and said he will call later after that rs 3000 was deducted from my account and now he is rejecting my call what it means ,his phone no is [protected].
