Govt Employee — no internet conection

sir, i have a Airtel SIM bearing No.[protected] only Internet uses since long but since last 10 days i could not conect the internet, myself visit nearest Airtel Service Centre, Khagrabari, Coochbehar (West Bengal) and they replaced my SIM by collecting the Documents, Photo, and fees etc. and isued a fresh SIM but till today i could not conect the internet please suggest...
