Took full payment of Rs. 7500 from customer for delivery of household items. After that no calls or intimation of delivery date. Did not pick up items on time; was two days delayed. Now the owner is evading calls from us and says that the items will be delivered today. He refuses to provide contact numbers of the delivery agent and does not attend calls. It is the worst possible customer service and a possible cheating case.
