Gram Panchayat Madhapar, Rajkot — No drinking Water line

I am living in Rajkot near Madhapar Chowkdi, which still falls under Madhapar Gram Panchayat. I am living there since 2008 & now the whole area full with locallity. But still drinking water facility is not available there. I have paid complete tax till now & asked to Sarpanch, but according to him, your property builder has to give water supply to your house. Now this is nonsense. Hundreds of family are residing without water. Please do needful for the same.
