Hi iam Ranjith I gave my Samsung M20 mobile for display crake issue for the above mentioned service center...it's a one of most useless service center in the world...and they response is poor and also customer service is very very worst...they committed my mobile delivery is today...but after reach the service center he told your mobile is not ready to delivery and the mobile display already changed in local...after purchased my mobile 1st...

2 different consignments where sent, short shipment was received by customer both the times, have been following with dtdc from past one month .
but of no use
beena was the concerned person till date no update on the issue has been provided...
