Myself is Anirban. I purchased a Samsung Smart TV on 11/10/15 from Great Eastern Baguiati branch. TV itself a offer of Samsung Mobile phone. When I claimed that after making the payment the sales person (Suranjan) told me to come after 4-5 days to get that one. After 5 days when I went he told me to call him on another 2 days later. When I called him his phone was switched off. After 2 days when I called him he told to come again after 5 days . Is this your customer Service? How do you handle with your customer! Really frustrating... I really would like to lodge a complaint for such an harrashment. Your word of mouth is getting down. Please handle with care. Was this information helpful? | |||
