Great Holiday Club — Fraudulent company | |||||
We took trial membership from Great Holiday Club office (Ringroad Mall, Delhi) in January 2016 for Rs: 17, 000. An agreement was signed and we were promised that we would receive membership card. •Till date, the membership card hasn't been received. •We were assured that no hidden charges would be taken. However, their executives have been calling us frequently to deposit Rs: 6, 000. •For availing the package, we kept asking for a confirmatory mail. That, however, was never sent to us. Till reaching Royal Palms, Goa, we were doubtful about the hotel booking. •We were promised a stay at Royal Palm Goa (You may find the same on their website). After reaching Royal Palm Goa, we were provided accommodation in a poorly maintained and stinky flat kind of apartment. The reception refuses to provide us any service (wifi/housekeeping/bed sheets, etc.) stating that the accommodation that has been provided through Great Holiday Club is private.There is nobody around on behalf of Great Holiday Club to talk to . We have no written proof/receipts for our stay here. On behalf of the Club there is one executive who stays 25kms away. So, basically, there is nobody who can help us with issues related to housekeeping, bed sheets, food, etc. Needless to say, nobody to go to in case of any emergency, whatsoever. Staying at a hotel where the management refuses to recognize you was unheard of to us before this experience. • The experience has been one of the worst experiences ever. As a suggestion, I would request Great Holiday Club to share relevant information with the customers. To the customers, I would suggest, be careful. There are many loopholes in the process. I have purchased Great Holiday Club membership by the name of Mr. O.P Babbar. The agent made a lot of promises before selling the package. He said he will arrange for a packet in which all the details regarding our membership will be there along with DAE membership card. Its been more than 3 months that we have purchased the membership but have not received anything. Recently I have given him a call and he said "Why are you calling me for all this, call at the customer care no. Of the company" I have tried the customer care no. For more than 50 times on different days but it seems they have blocked incoming calls and overtime it says the number is busy. I think it was a total fraud and we have just wasted our money. I had no option, had to give 1 star but wanted to give ZERO.
