My name is Ashraf, today I have booked 4 tickets in GreenLine Travels And Holidays from Bangalore to Pondicherry.I have booked the tickets at Rs.770(per person).Everything was confirmed but after 50 minutes of booking, a person from GreenLine Travels, Madiwala called me from this no [protected] and told that price is hiked and i have to pay Rs.1499(per person)or cancel the tickets.It is totally unfair.Actions should be taken against GreenLine Travels And Holidays otherwise they will cheat the public.Please take action as soon as possible and inform me. My email id is :[protected]@gmail.com and Mobile no: [protected] If no action will be taken immediately then i will file an RTI application against Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). I have booked a ticket with this travels. When I tried to cancel. Not able to cancel. When I speaked with customer care they told you have to cancel by yourself. It's worst travels which I have seen.
