Green Trends Salon — Burnt Body during Waxing :Careless Staff and Manner less Manager

Hi, I am Ankita Goel, customer of Green Trends Kotturpuram Chennai since last one year. I visited Green Trends Salon, Kotturpuram on July 5, 2015. This was a regular visit for body wax. I was attended by Mira Tamang, one of their claimed to be highly trained professional. While the waxing was on, another helper joined her. While she took to wax my underarms, I experienced extremely abnormal pain and informed her the same. She didn't paid much attention to it and continued with the process saying that this happens in sensitive areas. I trusted her, little I knew that this session will lead to extreme burns and sleepless nights due to pain. I experienced similar pain when she was waxing my stomach. I am taking waxing session since last 2-3 years and have never experienced such an agonizing pain. Later that day when I came back home, I saw redness on those very areas. I thought that this is some allergy but later when I saw the redness growing and discerned that it's pattern was similar to the swipes of the waxing knife and strips, I realized that these are burns. I immediately informed the salon. They apologized for the mistake and offered me a service free of cost as a compensation. However, I was more concerned about the burn marks on my body and asked them to provide me with a treatment or therapy to reduce the pain and remove the marks. I was promised that such a treatment will be provided that will help reduce the marks, but after one month so that the burns don't react with the creams and other items applied. I trusted them completely and followed up with them after one month. However, this time the response was rude and unapologetic of their mistakes. I was told that nothing can be done for the marks. But told me that they will ask their trainer- Sumathi to look into it and recommend some treatment. This again took a week for the trainer to actually come into the picture, which was made possible only after repeated arguments with the branch manager. However, I haven't met her yet. No schedule has been given to me but they called up one day in the morning and asked me to visit in the afternoon. Since I was busy I informed them that I won't be able to meet today and that to please shift it to some other day. Post that no follow ups have been done. So, I myself paid them a visit to know the status of my complaint. However, he was least interested and told me to wait. It has been 2 months since the burns are been inflicted on me. I followed up and discussed the issue with manager, cluster manager (Rathish) and trainer (Sumathi) again and again but it seems that they don't wish to take any real action and continue with their delaying tactics. Green Trends, it's employees have shown a highly callous attitude towards my complaint. I just want my complaint to be properly addressed and relief in form of proper treatment.
