Greendust — Refund of non-repairable product | |||
I bought a Philips mp4 player from greendust store(Neb sarai) in November 2013 and after some 2 months it stopped working.I registered a complain about that and they ensure me that I would get a call back in 2 days but I got it after 10 days but I was busy by that time so complain was closed.Then again I registered a complain but that time technician asked me to come next week so I went and submitted my product at nagloi(Delhi).Then technician told me that it was non-reparable and asked me to call at customer care. When I called there the representative told me that she was forwarding mail to her senior and would get a call back after 2 days.I waited for a week but got nothing.Then I called back and they ensure me to have a call back after an hour but got nothing. Then I talked to service manager and he ensured me and told me same that I would get a call back but still got nothing. I really really want help I'm exhausted overwhelmed :( Was this information helpful? | |||
