Greendust.com — Wrong product delivered and no support

I dont know about others but let me share my experience.
I have bought dvd player to gift someone from greendust online shopping
Ite, i have received used 5 year old model as a factory second item... The product was not in working condition,
I have complained to greendust support people at head office then they
Have assigned my ticket to a local dvd player repairer who also accepted
And said me never bought anything from greendust there are lot of
Complains we receive on regular basis. I said okay but please help me to short out this issue, then he said we will replace within 3 days today it has been 2 months and still no updates i have just called the day before yesterday and support person said there is no update, we will revert if we get any update... I have even shouted many times but not positive reply yet. You can see the pictures of product.
