[Resolved] Groupon India — not received item, no response from company | |||
I purchased deal from Groupon India for 24-piece Table Craft Cutlery Set and Get 1 Set FREE on 10th October 2014. The item was apparently shipped on 13th October but till date I have not received this item. I have called in to Groupon customer care number several times till end of October and I was assured delivery was delayed due to Diwali festival. Now It's more than 2 weeks since festival is over and I still haven't received the item. There is no response to emails sent to Groupon Support and the Phone line is always busy. I have been a regular customer of Groupon since many years, but of late they seem to be taking their customers for granted. This lack of response to the customer through any means is highly unacceptable and I would recommend customers to be wary of making purchases through Groupon going forward.Please take action asap.
