Gspc Gas — Reconnection not done

Dear Sir, Customer ID :[protected], reconnection not done. I have applied for reconnection of gas line in the month of April but till date there is no action been taken for the same. I am paying bills also without using the utility. I was told by GSPC officer that the bill payment which I am making will get adjusted with actual bill which shall come after proper connection.. but no response despite of many visits to their office.. No outcome.please help..
