Gsrtc — Change Bus For Passengers Sefty

Respected Sir, We are passengers doing up down from borsad to nadiad regular and used mahemdavad - valvod bus in evening for coming back to job. This bus is from Borsad depo with number 962, and the condition of this bus is very poor, not proper headlight, not proper horn and even door is also not shutting down properly. We have faced difficulties in the bus many times like we are almost near to accident due to big digs in borsad - anand road. Driver is not able to see the clear road and we have to be afraid everyday. We have called borsad depo manager for this but he is not going to take any action regarding this, so please look at this otherwise the day will come when this bus might meet with accident and we have to suffer lot.
