Gsrtc — e-refund

My complaint is that I booked 6 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 29/12/2014 from Nasik to Jamnagar in Sleeper Class. My PNR no. is G8257673 and trip code is 1530SHRDJMNSL15. My total bus fair is Rs. 2818/-. My Journey time was 5:45 p.m. On my travel date, I reached Nasik bus station at 5.30 p.m. and inquired about my Sleeper bus from depo incharge of Jamnagar bus station. But depo incharge of Jamnagar told me that Sleeper bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in Sitting bus and you might be travelled in Sitting bus instead of Sleeper. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit my amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.
