[Resolved] Gsrtc — GSRTC Bus has not comes on Pickup point. | |||||
Dear Sir, I am attaching herewith the e-ticket as PDF copy for your reference and further process. My self NS Prajapati. I am a regular Passenger of GSRTC. I have booked my ticket along with my family (4 Person) through GSRTC Website on[protected] for travelling from Zadeshwar X to Lunawada on[protected] on the occasion of Diwali. Driver avoided to come Zadeshwar Pickup Point and went directly through Over Bridge and I was waiting in the Pickup point up to 2 Hrs. The said Bus time was 10:20 AM. I came there at 9:30 AM and was waiting at Pickup Point up to 11:45 AM. I enquired with all Valsad Depot Bus Drivers came through the point about my booking and all were told me that your Bus has already gone. After hearing this, I got shocked because I was waiting at the pick-up point i.e. Zadeshwar X Highway. I called GNFC Depot but my call was not picked-up by the duty officers. When I went to GNFC Depot, the Depot office was closed. I discussed the matter with GNFC Canteen Person and he told me that the bus was waiting for me. I want to ask you Sir, why your driver was not reached our Pick up stand. Due to this, I could not reach the next destination to catch the second bus. I have hired a private vehicle for reaching the destination. I had wasted my time and money by the mistake of one of your Drivers. Sir, I want to get the refund of Rs.536/-. bus running between morbi to jamanagar via pithad @ 8.00 am is not coming regularly for last fifteen days. for this route only one bus is allocated which is irregular so i request you to consider this application.
