Hi, I have booked an online ticket for the travel from Gandhinagar to Rajkot for the date 28/08/2015. following is the details about it: PNR Number: G10250467 Route No.: MNSJMNEXP51 Trip C ode: 1010MNSJMNEXP51 Journey From: GANDHINAGA R Journey To: RAJKOT CENTRAL BUS STAND Departure Time: 10:45 Hrs. But when I went to Gandhinagar depot, I have come to know that the bus has been cancelled. How can I get back the money that I paid for an online ticket ?

Even i am facing same problem.. i booked ticket for Volvo but bus was cancelled due to riots. When i went ot inquiry they said raise a complaint online it will be refunded later..dont know how far it is true... IF any one has solution to this type of problem

But when I went to Vadodara depot, I have come to know that the bus has been cancelled. How can I get back the money that I paid online ticket ?

Trip Code : 0700BRDDHRGJR47 On line booking. Due to Gujarat Dalit Samaj Andolan So bus was cancelled. I confirme from TOLL FREE SEVA...he was also calling at Vaodara so please refund my money as early as possible.
How can I get back the money that I paid online ticket ?
