Respected Sir, Myself Bhupendra G.Vaghela and I am here to inform you about the refund of my m-Ticket cancellation held on the following dates: 17th July 2014 and 18th July 2014, the refundable amounts were Rs.980 and Rs.922 respectively ; with the trip code :2000PANDIUEXP51 and PNRno:G6957692 ; the amount of these cancellation has not been received till today's date[25th August 2014] . I hope this information may help you to know about the reason for which i have not received the refundable amount . Below is a screen shot of the booking history of my account, which says that the tickets have been cancelled ; but I have not received any kind of refund in my bank account ... According to GSRTC one receive their refund around 20-21 days, its been a month till I have cancelled the tickets... I am looking forward to help from your side ...
