Gsrtc — Refund not received for failed e-ticket booking. | |||
Dear Sir, I was booking a E-ticket for 4 (Four) seats as per below given detail. Transaction was failed after making payment through net-banking, hence my tickets were not booked but amount of tickets Rs. 1412-00 (Rs. One thousand four hundred twelve only) was deducted from my account. I checked booking history but ticket was not booked. The deducted amount is still not refunded to my account since last 96 Hrs. GSRTC User ID : manojmariwala Date Of Booking :[protected]. Date of Journey :[protected]. Trip Code : 2200BVNMTMDSLP1 Booking Referance No. : Did Not Appeared or may not noted. No of Seats : 4 (Four) Journey From : Bhavnagar Journey To : Mata Na Madh Amount of Tickets : Rs. 1412-00 (Rs. One thousand four hundred twelve only) Payment made through : State Bank Of India - Net Banking Bank Transaction Ref. No. : 6920395IG00RHEVK3 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA Bank statement for payment details is attached herewith as proof of payment.
