Dear Sir, I have travelled today from Bhavnagar to Baroda. Trip code- 0515BVNBRDEXP51 My Ticket PNR Number: G10267419 Name of Passenger: Godhani Akshar At present in Gujarat, SMS and Mobile Internet and wireless services are suspended due to prevailing circumstances. Hence I didn't receive the m-ticket on my mobile. Hence I didn't have the m-ticket. The conductor forced me to buy a new ticket during the journey despite my repeated request to consider my PNR Number. The driver halted the bus for more than 10 minutes till the resolution of the issue. Hence I had to bought the another ticket. Kindly consider my case on good will gesture basis. And grant me the refund for the aforementioned journey.
