Gsrtc — Ticket not given upto correct place | |||
Dear Sir I was coming from Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. I used to visit this hospital as (nasal and respiratory) cancer patient (with an appointment with E.N.T doctor). When I got in bus to Gandhinagar. I was given ticket of Rs 21 from CIVIL to Gandhinagar. But I asked the ticket upto CH-0. (which is Rs 20 only) Ticket no. is 167092 dated 19/05/2015 11:01:08 PM. Depot return on ticket is VIJAPUR DEPOT (ticket given is civil to gandhinagar instead of civil to ch-0 infocity) I want to look GSRTC people to look into this matter as they are not taking the proper fare even from patients that are entering into bus from CIVIL. Even before entering the bus they do not tell the fare. This Re 1 matters to a cancer patient and even poor people. Question is i have not asked for gandhinagar ticket, I asked only for CH-0 Infocity. On asking, about to change the place of destination they threaten us to drop from running bus. They do not cancel the ticket and not give new ticket. Please take action against these people who are giving wrong ticket to passengers and not upto place where the passenger need to drop.
