[Resolved]  Gsrtc — unnecessary harassment for cancellation

I booked my ticket today I.e. on 11th may in ahemadabad baroda volvo .seat no 6. My on line booking was done for bus at 2.45 pm whereas when I reached on nehrunagar bus stand the I showed her my pnr no. Nd booking details.after verifying, she asked me to sit in bus standing there then after bus started and she again checked and it was found that my ticket was for 2.45 bus whereas the bus I was made to sit was of 2 pm.Since bus was already started I asked her to that now I can not go out of bus and she should have checked the details before asking me to sit in the said bus.she refused and I also called ar nehrunagar and gita mandir st inquire who convinced with my request but said that they can not do anything. I had to pay again for travelling in 2 pm bus.while writing this I am in the same bus. I request to consider and refundymoney of ticket booked for 2.45 pm.I tried to call on call centre numbet I.e.[protected] but the number is not reachable
This is pain and I lost money .to book ticket online is facility given to customer or harrasment.looking for positive response and awaiting refund
