Gsrtc — Very poor online reservation system. It causes great loss to customers | |||
Dear Sir / Madama, I am trying to book Online ticket from Ahmedabad Central Bus Stand to " Zadeshwar-X " vide trip code 1310ABDSRTEXP51, However after entering passenger details the further process is not taking place because in your site Drop off point is appearing blank. For this problem, when I talked to your customer care on[protected] .. I got answer that it would take minimum 48 hours to resolve that problem and hence i can not book ticket. I think it was very pathetic answer and it raises serious questions on your working Capability and Support Services. It clearly shows your poor working system and lack of instant solution to problem of travellers. Plz Treat it as urgent and solve my problem it is very urgent because i want to book ticket for tomorrow (i.e 20/02/15) Kindly inform me any other way of booking said ticket for tomorrow.
