GSRTC.in — To get refund for not travell

We have booked four E-ticket on 13.11.2015 for journey Ahmedabad to Baroda AC Volvo with journey dated 15.11.15 dep time 07:45 AM and PNR No.G10866757.
The fare was for Rs.800.00.
Due to our sudden health problem we cannot travel. We are requesting here pl. approve our refund for above mentioned PNR because of not travel.
We hope we will get credit of refund in our account after deducting relevant charges.
