Dear Sir, A complaint already lodged at ur Nirala nagar aurangabad office on 21.04.14 for wrong reading. Ur representative has taken the new reading after that. In bill of APR !4 it was not corrected, when contacted ur office told that the procedure is going on and it will be reflected in the bill of May 14. But the bill of May received by mentioning the previous reading as 0 and current reading is 1. Still the correction of bill has not been done.Ur attention is required in the matter. we would like to mention that we have paid the bill upto 4638 unit and when ur representative verify the metre after my complaint, the reading was near 4625. As such no pendancy or arrear of bill is remaining. Kindly inform the progress in the above matter .With thanks
