GTPL Broadband — Never take seriously to online caller and dont provide any service after calling many times

Gtpl broadband is provideing third class infact no class service. There is just online help number and online site but they never call back or take action to complaints and even they dont provide valid informatiin always excuse that system is slow please call back. Take payment in advance and they dont renew plan for days and weeks. They must give service to customer they have no value of valued customers
