GTPL Broadband — No solution for complaint

Reapected sir,

I have subscribed for gtpl broadband service on 13th december, 2014. My user id is ghinaiyasp74. They were failed to provide continue service and i have registered complaint so many times. But didn't get permanent solution for it. So i have requested to transfer my internet connection at other location. I have registered complaint on 17th september, 2015 and complaint no is 210896. Daily i am calling them but didn't get solution. Please help me to solve this.
