[Resolved] GTPL Broadband Service — No one responding and my internet is closed from last 4 - 5 months | |||
My id is hetal48 (GTPL) My internet is not working due to the fault in the main pin. One of technician person have visited before 4 - 5 months and he has told that just problem is in pin and i'll change the pin as soon as possible but still no one came to change that pin. ]In addition we have told that no one will be at home between 9 to 7 so please try to come before 9 or after 7 pm or any time on Saturday or Sunday and i also know that this pin will not take more than 5 minute of technician but still no one responding. Not working from 1 week no one is responding.
Once i got mail that engineer will attend the call.

Now you are manipulating customers.
Its better to refund my 100% money as there is no service at all.
our Engineer, SACHINE MUNDE is on his way to reach your installation address for resolution of your Ticket No 9718299.

Im waiting for you engineers from 4-5 days.
Dont know from where he is coming.
Did he comping from USA?
