Dear Sir, In connection with above subject I have to state that I have received connection on 10th April 14 and paid Rs 4700/- by cash and thereafter I have Paid Rs. 3300/- on 15th April 14 . With understanding that the internet connection duration 15 months and 1 mbps plan Unlimited plan. While installation of internet Connection I have clearly told I am using TPLINK ROUTER, at that timeMr, DHRUPAL;BHAI did not say anything about the TPLINK ROUTER, Now within 40 days GTPL Internet connection interrupted offenly . I have tried to contect GTPL Customer Care Line, but I am not abler to connect them. Their after I have tried frequently and luck by chance I get customer care NO and l logged complain NO 17-April 14 cpmplain NO 260423 Their after I logged second complain ON 22 April 14 Complain NO 264592. During the 40 days time I have LOgged Many complains to Gtpl But Inspite of my complains I am not satisfied with the services provided by you. I notice that GTPL INTERNET not properly working and therefore I am NOT SATISFIED with the services.
