GTPL — Dis connection and Refund

Hi Team, I want to dis-continue gtpl Internet service on my id sachin51. I started service before around 3 months with subscription worth Rs 3499. But now as the service is not well and i am totally unsatisfied with GTPL just wanted to tell you disconnect the Internet and refund my remaining money. Its been more than 6 months and no revert from you people.If you don't want to serve your customer then do inform so i can find another way to solve this out. NOTE: I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THE AMOUNT I PAID IS NON REFUNDED KIND. EVEN NON-REFUNDED WORD IS NOT THERE ON RECEIPT. DO NEEDFUL!!! Sachin Gandhi [protected]
