When I am purchase GTPL broadband when your sales person me told me we can giving 50 to 60 kbps download speed but today I am calling your customer care she told me we can giving only 15 to 20 kbps download speed, so why are you fraud me? I'm a customerof gtpl broadband belonging from nadiad and I have been thru faurd same like others
As their plan I'm supposed to get 1mbps speed but from last couple of months I'm getting half of it like 0.50mbps or max 0.81mbps
I raised my problem thru gtpl support let's see
Otherwise I'll go thru grahak seva.
